Dressed Up: In Ivory & Nude Heels

Wearing soft layers and warm ivory tones for a summer evening dinner with friends.

This weekend, I met some friends for dinner and found myself reaching for soft, fluid layers in warm ivory tones. Lately, I’ve been drawn to pieces that feel light, feminine, and quietly timeless. Rather than making a statement, I wanted to wear something that felt timeless and comfortable.

I wore an ivory blouse from Mango that has been in my wardrobe for several years (I’ve linked a similar style below), paired with an asymmetric Zara midi skirt. The gentle drape of the blouse and the flowing silhouette of the skirt created a look that felt romantic yet understated.

To finish the look, I added a pair of nude pointed heels from Zara. Their clean lines balanced the softness of the outfit, adding just enough structure without taking away from its relaxed feel.

It was one of those outfits that didn’t require much thought once it was on. Comfortable, feminine, and easy to wear, it felt perfectly suited to a warm summer evening spent catching up with friends.
